Changes and cancellations
Before the operator confirms
You can cancel a request at no cost from Trips. The hold on your card is released.
If the operator changes or cancels
Time change over 15 minutes: accept it or get a full refund. Cancellation by the operator: full refund to your original payment method (card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear).
After confirmation
Empty legs are sold at a discount on a specific aircraft and time. Once confirmed, a booking cancelled by the traveler is not refundable, unless the operator can resell the leg. Contact us and we’ll try.
