Who we are

JetLink is operated by FLYNET Air Services, Corp., a Texas corporation doing business as JetLink Air Services ("JetLink", "we"). JetLink is a marketplace and acts as an intermediary (air charter broker). JetLink does not own or operate aircraft and is not an air carrier.

Who flies you

Every flight is operated by an independent operator holding the required certificate (for example, FAA Part 135 in the United States or the equivalent authority abroad), which has full operational control of the flight: crew, aircraft, safety and the decision to fly. The operator’s identity is disclosed as required by applicable regulations before departure.

Requests, holds and payment

Booking an empty leg is a request. When you request a flight with a card, we place a hold for the full amount; your card is charged only when the operator confirms. If the operator declines or doesn’t answer within its confirmation window, the hold is released and nothing is charged.

With wire transfer, the operator confirms first; then you wire the amount in U.S. dollars with your booking number as reference. Your boarding pass is issued when the funds arrive. If the funds don’t arrive before departure, the booking is released.

The price shown is all-in for the whole aircraft: nothing is added at checkout or boarding. Your bank may charge foreign-transaction or wire fees.

Empty legs can change

Empty legs depend on the operator’s original trip. If the operator changes the departure time by more than 15 minutes, you choose: accept the new time or receive a full refund. If the operator cancels the leg, you receive a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate passenger information and carry valid travel documents (passport, visa or ESTA, or government ID as required). The operator may refuse boarding to passengers without valid documents or who pose a safety risk; in that case no refund is due.

Baggage, pets and onboard services are subject to the operator’s rules shown on each leg.

Liability

The operator is responsible for the operation of the flight. To the extent permitted by law, JetLink’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.
