Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), passenger details you enter (name, date of birth, nationality, ID or passport number and expiration), bookings, alerts, and basic technical data needed to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Why

To process your requests and payments, send the passenger manifest to the operator flying you so it can file it with immigration (for example U.S. CBP eAPIS), notify you about your flights and alerts, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

The operator of your flight (only for your bookings), our payment processor (Stripe) for card payments, and service providers that host our systems and send our emails, under confidentiality obligations. We don’t sell your data.

How we protect it

Document numbers are encrypted at rest and visible to the operator only while your booking is active. Access to operator and admin tools is logged.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the app (Trips → Account → Delete account). We delete your saved passengers and alerts and anonymize your profile; we keep booking and payment records for as long as the law requires.
